Information we collect

When you place a Cash on Delivery order or create an account, NawaCart collects the details needed to process and support that order: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, city, and ordered items. We also record basic site activity such as page views and cart actions to improve the store.

How we use it

We use order details to confirm, deliver, update, and support your order. Necessary fulfilment details may be shared with the delivery partner or product supplier only to fulfil the order. We do not sell customer personal information.

Accounts and security

Account passwords are handled by Supabase Authentication and are not visible to NawaCart staff. We keep access restricted to authorised store administration.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of your account details where legally possible. Order records may be retained when needed for delivery, fraud prevention, returns, or legal obligations.
