Orders and Cash on Delivery

Orders are requests to purchase products using Cash on Delivery. NawaCart may confirm contact details, address, product availability, delivery charges, and the final total before dispatch. An order can be cancelled if details cannot be confirmed or stock is unavailable.

Prices and product information

Prices are shown in PKR. We aim to keep descriptions and images accurate, but colours and minor product details may vary. We may correct genuine listing errors or update an unavailable listing before confirming an order.

Delivery and returns

Delivery timing depends on destination and supplier stock. Report a damaged or incorrect item to NawaCart on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photographs and your order number. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging unless the item arrived faulty.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, submit false orders, attempt to access restricted areas, or copy protected store content without permission.
